Happy Wednesday! We had some horrible storms here Monday night. I knew the weatherman was WRONG when he showed the radar and said the storms would weaken when they arrived here after 1 AM. Uh, did he NOT see the red and orange on the radar?! Luckily no damage here, but it kept us all up for a couple of hours during the night. I think most of the city of Springfield went to work half asleep Tuesday.
And here is another thing that can keep you up, bringing home a new puppy. These pictures are from the day that we picked up Sheldon from Laura's house. And also the day that we introduced the rest of the pack to Sheldon. Note, when introducing a new furry family member to other furry family members, it is always good to do it on neutral territory. Laura's house was neutral to our gang, so they did not feel threatened or like Sheldon was going to to take their place. We just played around for awhile at Laura's then packed everyone up and drove home.
And if you are a regular reader, you know that Sheldon is named after Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory. It was a natural thing to start calling Laura, MeMaw. And she calls Sheldon, her little "Moonpie"! If you haven't watched The Big Bang Theory, do it, DO IT NOW! Great show and I have watched since the beginning.

Journaling card and yep, I messed up! That's what I get for journaling in a hurry, so I just had to patch it and fix it!
I did not plan on making a "title" card, but it just worked out that way. I love how it turned out. And those canvas embellishments are a little hairy! They had little strands coming off, kind of like fraying, but not coming apart.
That's all I have for you today. There will be something new tomorrow, so check back! Have a happy happy Wednesday aka HumpDay!!!!
This is such a cute layout! The title card looks great, and I live the burlap!
